Thank you for your trust and support to our hospital. Below is the “patients’ obligations”, of which, hopefully you have an intimate knowledge, and offer your understanding and cooperation, in a bid to jointly create a warmly medical environment. Wish you an early recovery.
I. Obligation to provide your true personal information, and take responsibility for the medical expends incurred and medical dispute resulting from the using of others’ names;
II. Obligation to tell in detail the medical personnel all of your realities related to your health, and to be accountable for the delayed treatment and incurred expends resulting from your concealed conditions;
III. Obligation to cooperate with medical personnel’s treatment and stringently follow the doctor’s order. Where an inquiry of your conditions is necessary, it shall be made to your doctor in charge;
IV. Obligation not to speak aloud or do other things in the ward that may interfere with the medical order;
V. Obligation not to leave the ward and Hospital for accommodation without permission. The Hospital shall be free of any responsibility for any undesirable consequences resulting from the breach of this obligation;
VI. Obligation not to smoke, drink wine or use the electrical furnace, rice cooker and heater and other household appliances in a wing or a ward of the Hospital, which shall be free of the responsibility for any undesirable consequences resulting from the breach of this obligation;
VII. Obligation to care for public properties, take the initiative in maintaining the sanitation in the wing, and not to take any valuable articles into the area in question. The Hospital shall be free of any responsibility for any property losses resulting from the breach of this obligation;
VIII. Obligation to respect the right of personality, right of person of the medical personnel, and do not disclose the conditions and privacy of other patients.
