Thank you for your trust and support to our hospital. Here are the “Patients’ Rights”, of which, hopefully you have an intimate knowledge, and offer your understanding and cooperation, in a bid to jointly create a warmly medical environment. Wish you an early recovery.
I. Right to know, select and decide on the diagnosis and medical scheme made by the doctor in charge;
II. Right to reproduce the patient record within the scope specified by law;
III. Right to entrust a person with capacity for civil conduct to act as your agent, and, on behalf of you, exercise your right to know and agree, and the right to decide on the selection of medical treatment;
IV. A suggestion box is set, which is aimed at inviting your valuable suggestions for an improved performance in our work and service;
V. Where a medical dispute presents itself, you may promptly report it to Medical Accident Coordination Office for the solution in accordance with the provisions of relevant regulations and laws.
